Return Policy: We sell information, knowledge, and services unfortunately their is no way to refund these items as we can never recoop the time and effort we put into our service. We are the same as you and unfortunately we have to protect ourselves from scammers as well. We highly recommend you search Google and see what our members say about our services, or start with one of our lower plans and then upgrade.

We used to have a refund policy, but we have no way to stop a person from signing up to our site obtaining the info they need to start a business, and then wanting a refund. We are the same as you, and we have to protect our selves from fraud, and scams so we had no choice but to adapt this policy.

We believe if you are willing to work hard and are serious about starting a real business we will provide you with the opportunity, and tools to do so. If you think this is some type of get rich quick plan don't bother. What we are is a real solution for people who are dedicated and serious about starting a real online business.

Website policies: Once we start building the website you are the owner. We have no refunds on these what so ever as we have to manually build them, and pay employees to build them for you.

Once you purchase a website. If you purchase a website from us, and we have not started building it you have 5 days to request a refund, and the money you have deposited to us minus the 69.00 standard membership fee will be refunded to you in full.

After the 5 day period any funds deposited will become property of The PowerSellers Union LLC.

Please note the 5 day period consists of 5 calendar days NOT business days.

We used to be a bit more flexible on this, but people would purchase a website from us, never call us to start it, and 3-7 months later decide they did not want one, and want a refund. Unfortunately we are not a savings account, and we have to manage our business using the funds in our account. So we had to adopt a better policy for this.

We highly recommend that you make sure you are ready to start a new business before signing up with us, or anyone for that matter. We do not make any promises of income, the examples we have for you are actual members incomes, not estimates.

We believe if you will work hard, we will work hard with you, and help you to be successful. However if you are under the impression this is a get rich quick plan we are not the right company for you. The only way to start a true business anywhere is with hard work, and dedication.
